Ledyard Middle School Wrestling

Practice begins the first school day after Thanksgiving, and will be held in the cafeteria.

Practice will begin promptly at 2:30pm and will run until 4:30pm ( Please have a ride ready for your child by 4:45pm)

Please bring wrestling shoes, headgear, water and a towel.  Wrestling shoes can be bought online at many retailers and locally at Dick's Sporting Goods in Waterford and head gear can be found online.

Medical paperwork needs to be turned into the LMS Nurse.  She will determine if your Ledyard School physical is up-to-date.  If not, a physical by your family physician will be required.
